Need help fixing leaf hardness!! (1.19.0)

So I attempted to make a custom Leaves Block, everything works, except that the hardness, no matter what I do decides to stay at the same hardness as a grass block instead of oak leaves. Code is below-

 

The code for the leaf in ModBlocks -

Should I create a seperate file for JUST leaves blocks, cuz my leaf is in ModBlocks rn.
