Forge 1.8.9 crashing

Hello. My minecraft launcher keeps crashing whenever I launch 1.8.9 forge. I have no mods installed and all my other forge versions work (I usually play on 1.12.2 and I have never had an issue with that)

I keep getting error: Exit code 1 but I am not getting any crash reports to see what the error actually is. 

Edit: I have tried multiple Forge 1.8.9 versions and I am still getting this error  

Please could someone help me out!

The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.3 (Latest), 1.19.2, and 1.18.2 (LTS).
