wood axe breaking blocks, and not marking positions in 1.19.2 and 1.19.3

I wanted to switch from 1.18.2 to 1.19.3 to start using the new blocks (from 1.19) in the creative setting in my world.  I first installed the trial version of forged for 1.19.3.  The wooden axe was breaking blocks and not marking positions 1 and 2.  So I stepped it down to forged 1.19.2.  However the same problem persisted.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Any way to fix it?

Is this for WorldEdit? If so, you should probably ask wherever they provide support.

Thank you so much for responding.  You just jogged my memory that world edit is not linked directly to Forged.... they are two separate downloads and world edit works along side the forged download.   much appreciated..... I am off to download and install world edit.
