i've always played with mods, usually on 1.16.5, and i've never had this problem. One day i just started up my minecraft as usual, but it crashed and it kept crashing everytime i started it up. i've search and asked many questions on how to fix it, but haven't found anything. is anybody able to help?

The game crashed whilst rendering overlay Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.config.ConfigFileTypeHandler$ConfigLoadingException: Failed loading config file forge-client.toml of type CLIENT for modid forge

  Been working on creating a server for this mod, but i keep getting this error over and over again. I have tried updating/changing the Forge launcher, Removing/replacing the ops.json and whitelist.json folders, and removing certain mods.
