Exception in server tick loop

Hello I am running a 1.16.5 forge server and I keep getting the error 'Exception in server tick loop'. The server usually stays up for a bit then after around 5 mins crashes to this error.

 I tried understanding the crash report but I am more familiar with python traces. I'll link it below.

If anyone understands the issue or has any suggestions, I'd really appreciate the help!
