Hello,

I have a server with some players.

Two of them report problems on the server:

  • They can't access (Stuck in the encryption screen), sometimes they manage to connect to the server but they appear falling into the void.

At first these people were able to connect to the server and play. These people live in the same house.

We have tried to reinstall the game, to connect to the server from the router as well as from the mobile data without success. We have tried to disable shaders.

I have checked my firewall logs but the IP address is not being blocked.

Attached the client and server logs.

Client: https://gist.github.com/ReDeViLzGz/39c127766dba315d6c831fd7aa419754

Any idea where to look?

Thanks in advance

Regards

It looks like a timeout. Can you verify that the inbound and outbound traffic is either both using ipv6 or neither is using ipv6? It might be that it's sending traffic via ipv6 in one direction and ipv4 in the other.

To learn and see something that I have not seen. Where do you see that there is IPv6 traffic?
