I'm not sure if this may be the issue, but try removing OptiFine. The version you are using is not the Forge version they have associated on their website.

I can't uninstall optifine. It goes along with the forge. Perhaps this problem is due to a launcher update?

I play minecraft in Tlauncher.

With these mods, just forge without optifine starts, but I declined their offer to upgrade. I updated forgeoptifine.
