I'm trying to run some mods on curseforge but everytime I launch it I crash.

So I've been trying to play some games on my school laptop and I tried to get some modded minecraft going. I keep crashing no matter what I try to do. I've searched up many fixes and I'm not very good with tech so I'm not sure how to fix this.

The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum. Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support. Currently supported versions are 1.19.2 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
