After going into the router settings, I reserved the ip which was in the range from 100 to 199 and checked with the ping command if it was used. After I wrote this ip server to server properties it just either crashes or (if it is launched through the command line) starts with a line about advanced terminal, after a bunch of processes it simply stops with the inscription "click any button to continue. " in other words, it closes Actually, I created the first topic, on this occasion and threw off the log and as I was told at that time, something occupied the desired port, like another minecraft is enabled or server already running in the background, as soon as I removed reserved ip from the server settings, it started working.
