I don't know if it's worth asking here, but I have such a problem, I tried to find a way to open the port and found instructions on how to get a static ip, which I need.

After going into the router settings, I reserved the ip which was in the range from 100 to 199 and checked with the ping command if it was used. After I wrote this ip server to server properties it just either crashes or (if it is launched through the command line) starts with a line about advanced terminal, after a bunch of processes it simply stops with the inscription "click any button to continue. "  in other words, it closes

Actually, I created the first topic, on this occasion and threw off the log and as I was told at that time, something occupied the desired port, like another minecraft is enabled or server already running in the background, as soon as I removed reserved ip from the server settings, it started working.

I am now writing from a smartphone because I will not be able to throw these logs, but here is a link to the first topic, logs at the time when the server did not work because of ip -
