Kick error when walking around/exploring

It just started to become like this after picking up a raw iron. It wasnt like this before.
I gives me this after a while of exploring/walking around for a bit. And my friend has to kill me to make me not get this error when i log in everytime. But after a while of walking like 20 secs, i get it again and we have to repeat.

an outdated java might be the case on a newer java server as well

where in server configs? We use a single player world to play together with essential mod

If you are playing on a server that you can open with a run.bat then you can go through a tutorial that way, however if it is one that you host and play through LAN then I am unsure.

[SOLVED][1.21.8 | Forge 58.0.5] How to cancel InputEvent.MouseScrollingEvent?

Personally, I just use event.SetCanceled(true) in my handler and it blocks the scroll well.
Even if the method does not appear clear, it is available via the Cancellable interface.
It works at home without additional hacks.
