I've been attempting to configure my 1.8.9 minecraft server for lucky block mods and for some reason when I install the 1.8.9 server it doesn't make a mods folder and it also doesn't let me run the universal jar file. I've been at this for a couple of days now and have not found a solution and was wondering if any could help me.
