Kick error when walking around/exploring or joining

So It gives me this error https://imgur.com/aBDS2U9
It just started to become like this after picking up a raw iron. It wasnt like this before. 
I gives me this after a while of exploring/walking around for a bit. And my friend has to kill me to make me not get this error when i log in everytime. But after a while of walking like 20 secs, i get it again and we have to repeat.
