Forge 1.16.5 crashing my world

I'm playing with mods with my friend but as soon as I load my world I don't even get past the reading world data section before it says not responding. But why? I tried without forge and it worked so my world isn't corrupted, unfortunately I can't play with my friend until this gets fixed
