Datapack error on server

So i turned off some datapacks on my server via /datapack disable command in game and everything seemed to work normal. After that i stopped the server and after i open it again i removed the datapacks and tried to open the server again but got an error display in the server.bat console. Can someone help me finding what i need to do to fix my server.
