My computer recently blew its RAM up and has been rebuilt. I'm putting Minecraft back on it for my kids and have been trying to get the Forge jar files (specifically - forge-1.19.3-44.1.0-installer.jar) to download with no luck. I keep getting an error message, saying "These libraries failed to download. Try again." And the list of files is almost 40 files long. I'm at a loss here. My Java is fully updated. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, with no change to downloading Forge. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft to no avail. All programs on my computer are fully updated. I'm hoping this Hive mind may be able to point me in the direction of whatever (hopefully) minor fix I've missed.

Thanks in advance.

Going through my installer.log, there seems to be some issue with ssl certification? I see instances of "unable to find valid certification path to requested target" a lot.
