So I'm not sure on why it won't show up again but basically I got a prompt asking if I wanted to play on a secure internet like my own or unsecure. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod pack and Forge it's self. 
me and my friends have a server and I have been trying to join through forge because it's what I know what to use.
