How to make a library for all my mods?

Hello! I'm Trying to make a Library (called Cappuccino) for my mods. I got the mod part down (adding a Cappuccino) cuz y'know its a Cappuccino... anyway I need to make this a Library for my mods

Dang it got a error when putting that code in my library
