I have been trying to install forge for mc 1.16.4, It was working all fine before but i had to reinstall minecraft because it wasn't working. (by it i mean minecraft not forge)

after reinstalling minecraft, i installed 1.16.4 then tried installing forge-1.16.4-35.1.4-installer, It didn't work.

It's giving me an error "these libraries failed to download. Try again 

commons-io:commons-io2.4"

How do i fix this?

i forgot to state this, But i had to reinstall minecraft because minecraft itself wasnt working, not forge

The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.4 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
