Forge installer (Server Option) does not download server, forge jar files after install

Hi Everyone!

I'm trying to setup a server forge install to work on version 19.

I have tried on my server and my local pc and neither are downloading the necessary files for the server setup. It completes successfully, but it doesn't give me the .jars for the 19 mc server or the forge 41 version to use.

I have successfully run this installer with the version 16.5 forge installer, but the behavior is different as i'm not given the necessary files to run the server with forge.

I'm not sure if its something wrong with the 19 version of the installer, but it feels like either i'm missing something super simple or i'm going senile.

Any help would be appreciated!
