Custom bar texture not rendering in game

I have added new iron bars to Minecraft modding with Forge, called "Spawner Bars". I have already registered them in my BlockItem class. I have copied the blockstates and models/blocks files from Minecraft, renamed them to the correct name, and added my mod ID. I have redistributed it in en_us file and added a texture. Although I can see the texture in my inventory, when I place the Spawner Bars, I only see them in the correct shape but without the texture. How can I solve this problem?

What version are you on and what does your file structure and blockstate json look like?
