Got a " The game crashed whilst rendering overlay" error.

I cannot enter minecraft, it crashes before seeing the main menu and then appears this.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.4 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).

Post a new log after removing that mod, may point to the true culprit, or be a completely different error entirely.
