Apply Forge Source Code Patch Files to MCP

I would like to modify the Forge mod loader. I have some decompiled source code for Minecraft, and I would like to apply the patch files in the GitHub (https://github.com/MinecraftForge/MinecraftForge/tree/1.8.9/patches/minecraft). I understand I can use the git command line to apply a patch file, however, I am unable to find a method on how to apply the whole folder of patch files at once. Is a tool (preferably GUI based) I can use to accomplish this? Thank you.

The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.4 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
