Hi there! If I could get some help that would be much appreciated as idk what to do from here.

I was playing in a multiplayer world that I hosted, when all of sudden I mined a block, I couldn't collect it. This happened with every item and every block that was dropped. The item would appear on the ground but when I went closer to collect it, it would disappear. It did make the noise as if it was collected. It did not happen to my friend, just me. Any advice?
