Server Cant Keep Up even with lots of ram allocated

Hello

My Skyfactory 4 server Cant keep up and sometimes crash and I don't know how to fix it as i have allocated 10gigs of ram

Error

The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.4 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
