I was loading my modpack in 1.16.5 when the game sudenly crashed

Im triying to make a modpack to play with some of my friends when after updating a mod the game just sudenly crashed wile loading and the error was  ¨fml.modloading.dupedmod¨ it keeps reapeating no matter what i do

i only know that this error apears when there are duplicate mods so if anyone knows how to fix it please help.
