Can't install Pixelmon modpack 9.1.3 in M1 Mac running 13.4

Hi,

After installing a recent Vetura update, I can not longer install the latest Pixelmon Modpack (9.1.3).   A required Minecraft 1.16.5-forge36.2.39 is installed and plays fine.

Follwoings are my system descriptions;

java --version
openjdk 20.0.1 2023-04-18
OpenJDK Runtime Environment Homebrew (build 20.0.1)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM Homebrew (build 20.0.1, mixed mode, sharing)

ProductName:        macOS
ProductVersion:        13.4
BuildVersion:        22F66

I've tried all the potential remedies, reinstalling 1.16.5-forge, Curse-Forge app, rebuilding my mod library, ....etc but none has worked.  Before this update, Pixelmon Madpack was installed without a hitch.  Installation of some other modpacks so far has no issues.

I really do appreciate any input to address this issue.

Thanks.

1.16.5 needs Java 8 to run correctly.

Otherwise, the version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently, supported versions are 1.19.4 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
