Posted May 28, 20232 yr I am currently trying to make a flare using a server to client packet that sends a message in chat for every player on the server. This message needs information about the player that sent it (their name and position). I haven't been able to figure out how to get a player from inside a constructor that only takes in a FriendlyByteBuf storing their UUID.
