I cannot download any minecraft forge that are 1.17 or above

I always get an error the error says "Failed to run processor: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target"
