Since it's a CME, there are at least two mods that are not doing thread-safe logic. Unfortunately, it's impossible to determine which two without looking through the source code or having the debug log provide more information on the current state of the JVM. If you can provide a log containing the information on what each thread was doing at the time, it would be easier to diagnose rather than bruteforcing it.
