error text The game crashed whilst rendering overlay Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.config.ConfigFileTypeHandler$ConfigLoadingException: Failed loading config file forge-common.toml of type COMMON for modid forge 
i also tryed launching it without mods

nevermind i fixed it
