Game crashing after trying to enchant with the enchanting table.

When i try to put an item in the enchantment table it saves the world then crashes with the error code of :java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 292 out of bounds for length 3. I was in the second to newest version but with that one it crashed after i put in an item and then the lapis. But in the newest version it crashed when you put any item in the enchanment table

Please provide the entire debug.log from the logs folder within the game directory via a gist or pastebin.
