Hello, after installing forge I've noticed that the fps has tanked.

The following two screenshots were made on the same minecraft version, with the same settings, on the same world, only difference is one is vanilla and the other one has forge installed(and no mods):

Please help, I have no idea where to start troubleshooting this.

I've also checked the 1.18 version, it has the same problem.
