[FORGE 1.18.2/40.2.0] my minecraft keeps crashing whenever i enter any server

My friend opened a paid server, we tested all the mods and they were working fine yesterday, but today whenever i try to join the server my minecraft crashes, single players works fine, so i dont think its the mods, and i cant join any LAN server too, can someone help me out? here is the log:
