Server issue

Hello guys,

I have issues with myh server:

First my server is very laggy. I added more ram to my server - like 20GB max and minimum 16GB, but it still lags when there are 3 people on the server.

my user_jvm_args.txt looks like this:

Secondly, I changed few mods and when I am starting server, I resive this message:
