Failed to download version manifest, can not find client jar URL. (ON 1.18.2 FORGE 4.0.29)

Am currently running on java 8 update 371, 1.18.2 and am trying to install forge 4.0.29 which is the latest version. i tried to install the recommended one but this show an error which is clearly in the title.  i already have the server installed in my Minecraft and whenever i install forge this always shows in the error "Failed to download version manifest, cannot find client jar URL." Please help me fix this issue also this is the installer log just incase
