Fluid Registry problem

I have a strange bug. First I run my SSP and all fluids are fine. Then I connect to my modded server and suddenly all fluids are messed up e.g. you make ice capsule with vinegar. When I try to play  SSP in the same session fluids are still messed. Restarting minecraft helps, but bug repeats.
