I removed some my mods and tried them 1 by 1 and I found it optifine is causing it, even tho i installed it properly.

Hi guys! Yes, it's Optfine, I've tried multiversion *pre* and it still doesn't work, so all versions of optifine for 1.20.1 don't work. If you discover something new please notify me 😼😼

They're basically saying "Use version 47.1.0 of Forge" and it'll fix the issue.
It does actually fix these issues and lets you run your worlds without them crashing. Mods included.
