Essentially title - I'm trying to figure out how to do a modded Minecraft server for the first time and I have basically completed the whole process except for actually playing the game:

My mods are (i think) load in and I'm in the world, but nothing is craftable or even available, every item says that "there is no item with this name"

I've attempted to get some info from other forums but they seem to not really help; Heres the logs and mods list that I have (I suspect its something to do with NEI?)
