Problem with my server (Incompatible FML modded server error)

So I am making a server for me and my friends and I copy and pasted all of the mods that arent client side into the server folder where it goes so it should be the same exact mods but when I try to join it says fml mods incompatible or something like that this is my first time making a server so maybe I am just doing something dumb any help is appreciated :3 1.18.2 btw
