Forge latest version 1.12.2 14.23.5.2860 (and maybe more version) got hacked by virus

when downloading the version 14.23.5.2860 of forge 1.12.2, (maybe more got affected) its downloading a virus, forge got hacked, please consider looking and fixing it, ASAP.

it downloads a .zip file with the name "forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2860-installer.jar.zip", and it has an executable instead of a jar file, please fix it so other people won't get affected also. (like me)
