Forge is crashing error code 1 i tried everything i saw on forums and it wont work

I have no mods on but i cant even enter with forge to put them. it just crashes with error code 1:    I have the latest NVidia drivers i have java 17 im using the latest forge for 1.20.1  and it just keeps crashing
