Forge Getting an Error Without Mods Installed

I keep getting a fatal error when trying to run Forge 1.5.2 and I've taken numerous suggestions already. Also, please don't assume I'm making some silly mistake like trying to install it on the wrong version because I'm not that stupid... Or at least I hope I'm not...

Anyways, this log should hopefully explain. And just to be sure, I repeat, this is before attempting to install any mods.
