I'm running 1.6.4 with the recommended release of Forge.  I'm having a problem where one (or more) of my mods are crashing out my game, so I'm troubleshooting by adding them one by one till I find the culprit (Java Profilers and error logs have been little help tracking down the issue).  The problem?  Forge keeps telling me I'm missing some of the mods I haven't gotten to yet.  I've tried deleting the .minecraft folder and starting everything from scratch, only to have the same problem.  Is there a reason it's still looking for mods I uninstalled, and how do I get it to stop?

I think I found the problem...a few mods had dependencies I wasn't aware of (until I looked them up again), and Forge was trying to tell me I was missing those dependencies...hope I didn't take up too many people's time.
