I'm working on a custom mob that spawns in the Forest, which I already have working, but on top of that I want that mob to stay in the forest all the time and not wander into other Biomes. I could use something as simple as limiting the mob to wandering 30-50 blocks from its spawn point for example. Anyone know how to do this? It's based off the same idea that keeps an Iron Golem inside of a village. Thanks!

Hmm...so what I am hearing is that I may have to do a bit of original coding instead of basing it off of vanilla code? Ugh....I'm going to have to get better at java coding at some point I guess.
