Problem installing forge for MC 1.5.2!!!

I have installed forge a few times successfully, but recently, I had some problems, and I decided to start with a clean .minecraft. (I am using 1.5.2). But I tried, with the same forge files, to install it again, doing everything the same as always, but this time, it didn't work. I've started clean about five times since, but it won't install. I tried the installer, but it didn't work, with the message "There is no launcher file at this location"
