Forge Wont Load (1.5.2)

Hiya,

Minecraft 1.5.2 will not open because something about error to find:

http://files.minecraftforge.net/fmllibs/bcprov-jdk15on-148.jar'>http://files.minecraftforge.net/fmllibs/bcprov-jdk15on-148.jar

http://files.minecraftforge.net/fmllibs/scala-library.jar'>http://files.minecraftforge.net/fmllibs/scala-library.jar

So I looked into the http://files.minecraftforge.net/fmllibs and I found both files but with .stash on the end is there away to fix this issue in forge or can one of you change the name of the files?
