minecraft 1.20.2 exit code one when trying to run forge

Hi All,

 

im getting the above error code when trying to run forge i have tried reinstalling it and even reseting my pc i have reinstalled java, minecraft and forge but nothing works does anyone have any idead on how to fix this?
