Posted November 20, 201311 yr Hi all I'm just getting into modding Minecraft (yeah I'm probably a little late to get on the train but oh well). Anyway I'm following a set of tutorials and have a skeleton class of a mod set up. I decided to load up Minecraft within my IDE just to test that everything was working and I realized that I'm not getting audio from the game (although the audio is set to max). Is there an IDE setting in Eclipse that I have to change or is there anything special I need to do in order to get the audio? I'm assuming it was bundled with the minecraft jar when I downloaded it through forge or is this not the case?
November 20, 201311 yr Sounds are downloaded when the game is launched. Check your internet connection.
November 21, 201311 yr Author Could you confirm where they get downloaded too so I can make sure they are in fact there. Obviously I'm posting from the same place I'm working on the game that internet not working is a nonsense answer.
