It's locked because we don't want to deal with people there, we want to deal with them here.

 

Also, things are happening here, perhaps not quite as fast as on MCF but they still are. If anything, it's helped a lot having less traffic. Almost 90% of the replies on MCF were bullshit whereas here it's far less.

 

The fact that people actually have to make an effort here or they have the threat of having their thread locked/post removed has certainly helped the quality of the responses.

 

EDIT: Also, you say this is in a weird part of the internet but consider it realistically. MCF is the equivalent of the kiddy pool of the internet where people have tried to build castles inside to escape the vile children. However, they can't throw anything at them or mute them. Instead, they have to redirect their calls to deal with the hoards to someone else.

Hey Adubbz.  Why have none of the devs responded to my question regarding the wiki?  I don't see anything related to a wiki or a link to some more detailed info in the FAQ or, surprisingly enough, the Installation Instructions.  I'm not asking for a 10000-word page on each item added by the mod.  I would simply like to know if the this site at http://biomesoplenty.wikia.com/wiki/Biomes_O'_Plenty_Wiki is the most up to date location for information on the mod, or if there is more recent information somewhere else.
