I need help with a farmland block that makes crops drop more items instead of speeding up their growth

as the title said, i'm making this little mod. I can't find any mod that makes a farmland or rich soil block that, instead of making the crops grow faster, applys a fortune-like effect on the crop above. I'm currently following TurtyWurty's tutorial on 1.20 modding. I already made the block and all, it's all set up and running
